I would like to give a shout out to Steven Bliss for all his hard work. I was SEVERELY disgusted with my former insurance agent. As I told him specifically what I needed for my health insurance, mainly chiropractic care. I wanted something comparable to what I had on my ex husbands insurance. I totally trusted him, as it is his profession. Come to find out my coverage was not even close to what I had. After several months of visits to my chiropractor, I found out that NOTHING was covered. I would have had to have met my yearly copay/deductible before ANY chiropractic service was covered. Which would have been $2000.00 (if not more). So all this time went by and AI was paying for coverage I THOUGHT I had, but did not. Then I had a several hundred dollar bill to take of at the chiropractors office. Needles to say, I was disgusted with that agent, and I let him know about. In talking with a friend of mine, she gave me Steve’s name and number. I contacted him and he asked me several questions to see what options might be good for me. With the questions he asked, we determined that I would qualify for Covered California, as I am a low income customer. Which did not deter him from helping me. We went over a few policies and he made sure I found one where I could keep my current medical doctor and chiropractor and that was within my budget. I have contacted Steve several times throughout the year with questions and he always has helped me, even if it was not really something he could do, he always found a solution. Even when I am frustrated with how the system works, he always gets results. I have recommended Steve to several other people who are also quite happy with his services.
